• Once picked up, customers are responsible for keeping the meals frozen until ready to consume.

2. Heating Instructions

• Our meals must be thoroughly reheated before consumption. Heating instructions are provided with each item.
• Ensure food reaches a safe internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) before serving.
• Ready Wok is not responsible for any issues arising from underheating or misuse of heating equipment.

3. Allergens and Ingredients

• Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product label.
• While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen may handle common allergens such as nuts, shellfish, soy, gluten, eggs, and dairy.
• Customers with severe allergies should assess risks before ordering. Ready Wok is not liable for allergic reactions.
