Refund Policy

At Ready Wok, we take great care in preparing and delivering our frozen Chinese home-style meals. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of frozen food and our batch-based preparation process, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken orders once payment is confirmed.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Weekly Cut-off: You may cancel your order at least 48 hours before the weekly order cut-off time to receive a full refund.
  • After Cut-off: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cut-off, as ingredients will have been purchased and preparation begun.

3. Missed Pickup

If you fail to collect your order at the designated time and pickup location, no refund will be given. However, you may arrange for someone else to collect on your behalf.

4. Product Issues

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged,
  • Incorrect, or
  • Unsafe to consume (e.g. packaging broken, signs of thawing, etc.),

Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Partial/full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@readywok.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Pickup location and time
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 working days.
