The red bean curd infuses the meat with a deep umami taste, while the pork becomes fall-off-the-bone tender and luxuriously gelatinous. It’s hearty, nourishing, and full of old-school comfort.

Cooking Instructions (For Best Results, Fully Defrost Before Heating)

  • Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and microwave in this microwave-safe container directly. Heat on high (800W) for 5–6 minutes (after defrosting) or 10–11 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
  • Stream: Place the food in a steam-safe container and steam for 8-10 minutes (after defrosting) or 16–18 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
