This Cantonese-style dish features meaty pork ribs marinated in red fermented bean curd (nam yu), fresh garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, and spices. The ribs are deep-fried until golden and crispy on the outside, while staying juicy and tender inside. The combination of savory fermented tofu and robust garlic creates a deep, umami-packed flavor that’s irresistible. It’s a popular wok-fried favorite — perfect with rice or as a flavorful snack with drinks.

  • Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  • Shelf Life: 90 days (check packaging for best-before date)

Cooking Instructions (For Best Results, Fully Defrost Before Heating)

  • Air Fryer / Oven: Place in air fryer or oven tray and heat at 180°C for 5–6 minutes (after defrosting) or 7–8 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
  • Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and microwave in this microwave-safe container directly. Heat on high (800W) for 3–4 minutes (after defrosting) or 5–6 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
