This dish features a carefully selected mix of beef offal cuts — beef tripe, omasum, tendon, intestines, and daikon radish — slow-cooked in a traditional Chinese five-spice master stock. Every bite is infused with the aroma of star anise, cinnamon, tsaoko and other warming spices. The tripe is tender yet chewy, the tendon springy, intestines silky, and the daikon soaked with savory flavor. A hearty and authentic taste of Hong Kong’s iconic beef offal delight!

- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Shelf Life: 90 days (check packaging for best-before date)
Cooking Instructions (For Best Results, Fully Defrost Before Heating)
- Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and microwave in this microwave-safe container directly. Heat on high (800W) for 5–6 minutes (after defrosting) or 10–11 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
- Stream: Place the food in a steam-safe container and steam for 8-10 minutes (after defrosting) or 16–18 minutes (from frozen) until heated through
